Edition 2025 — Leguminaria

The 2025 edition of Leguminaria took place from October 17 to 19 in the historic center of Appignano (MC). Three days of taverns, typical legumes served in ancient ceramic pots, BorgoCeramica, the PitturAppignano painting competition, and the Legu-bike cycling event, as part of the Grand Tour delle Marche.

In the 2025 edition, Leguminaria confirmed its dual nature, between gastronomy and ceramics. On Friday, October 17, the inauguration of the PitturAppignano competition exhibition and the opening of the cellars; on Saturday, October 18, the award ceremony of the competition in the Council Hall and, in the evening, the fire performance with the opening of the ceramic kiln.

On Sunday, October 19, the 4th Legu-bike started with a vintage car and motorcycle rally, the opening of BorgoCeramica and the guided Urban LeguTour, and the performance of the Città di Appignano Band. Throughout the weekend, the taverns offered dishes of solfì beans, quercia chickpeas, and lentils served in ancient pots, amidst shows, workshops, and activities for children.
