In the summer of 2025, the Casa del Cinema in Rome offered, as part of its summer arena at the Teatro Ettore Scola in Villa Borghese, a program dedicated to auteur cinema with free open-air screenings. A consolidated event that accompanies Roman evenings every year with great titles on the big screen under the stars.

Summer 2025 at the Casa del Cinema

In the summer of 2025, the Teatro all'aperto Ettore Scola, at the Casa del Cinema in Villa Borghese (Rome), hosted a rich program of open-air cinema with free admission. The summer festivals, organized by the Fondazione Cinema per Roma, accompanied the public of the capital of Lazio with classics and auteur works screened in the park's setting, confirming the popular and free vocation of the event. The open-air evenings, starting in prime time, represented one of the most appreciated cultural offerings of the Roman summer, in a symbolic place for cinema like the Casa del Cinema.
