Edition 2025 — Le Terrate Aperte

The 19th edition of Le Terrate Aperte took place on August 14 and 15, 2025, in the historic village of Villavallelonga. The town's ancient cellars opened to the public from the afternoon until late at night for a journey of flavors, culture, and music. Along the route, visitors enjoyed typical Abruzzese and Marsican dishes, homemade desserts, herbal liqueurs, and local cheeses, accompanied by folk performances and live music. Free admission.

Le Terrate Aperte 2025 — 19th edition

The nineteenth edition of Le Terrate Aperte was held on August 14 and 15, 2025, in Villavallelonga, within the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park. For two days, the village's ancient terrate were transformed into stops on a food and wine itinerary active from 5:00 PM until late at night.

Visitors were able to savor traditional dishes: frascaregli, gnocchi with lamb ragù, quagghategghj, bruschetta, polenta, cheeses, and desserts such as pizzelle and caggiunitt', accompanied by artisanal liqueurs made from cornelian cherry, blackberry, wild mint, and gentian. The route was enlivened by live music and folk performances, with the village alleys filled with sound and color. Admission was free, and the event was organized by the Pro Loco Villavallelonga.
