Edition 2025 — Contrade dell'Etna

The 16th edition of Le Contrade dell'Etna was held on April 13-14, 2025, at the Sikania Garden Village in Randazzo, marking the first edition in the new location and the two-day format. Over seventy Etna wineries presented their new vintages at the tasting tables, with masterclasses dedicated to sparkling wines and native grape varieties of the volcano, alongside the presence of journalists and buyers.

16th edition

The 2025 edition inaugurated the new venue of the Sikania Garden Village in Randazzo, with producers arranged in a large greenhouse spanning indoor and outdoor spaces. The event was open to the public on Sunday, April 13 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and continued on Monday, April 14 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Wineries and masterclasses

More than seventy Etna wineries enlivened the tasting tables. On Monday, April 14, two masterclasses were conducted by Federico Latteri: one at 10:00 AM dedicated to Etna sparkling wines (Sparkling wines: a new frontier for Etna) and one at 12:00 PM on the volcano's white and red grape varieties. A novelty that year was the presence of buyers alongside accredited journalists.
