The Lauretana-Mombarone 2025 confirmed its appeal as a tough and spectacular mountain race: over 115 athletes gathered in Graglia (BI) on Sunday, August 3, starting at 8:30 AM from Fonte Lauretana, to tackle the 9 km and over 1,400 meters of elevation gain leading to Rifugio Mombarone, at 2,312 meters.
In the men's category, victory went to Enzo Mersi with a time of 1h15'02", ahead of Giacomo Cerutti (GS Ermenegildo Zegna, 1h16'11") and Emanuele Falla (Amron Team, 1h16'40"). Among the women, Elisa Arvat triumphed in 1h26'58", followed by Giuseppina Feo (1h39'58") and Elizabeth Nwolicha (1h41'27"). The registration fee was 18 euros and included the bib, refreshments, and the final lunch. The organization was handled by the Pro Loco Santuario di Graglia with Pietro Micca Biella Running.
