Latium World Folkloric Festival in Paliano

The 2025 edition: IUBILAEUM World Folkloric Festival

During the Jubilee year, the event took the title of 2025 IUBILAEUM World Folkloric Festival and took place from July 24 to August 7, 2025, visiting Cori, Rome, Latina, Segni, Tivoli, Cisterna, Rocca Massima, Sabaudia, the Natural Monument of Lake Giulianello, and Paliano.

The program brought together seven international groups and four ensembles from the Lazio tradition: among the guests were the Compañía Artística AAINJAA from Colombia, the Ensemble Folklorique OSHALA from Benin, the Grupo Folklorico TUNGURAHUA from Ecuador, the Ballet Folklorico Nacional AREYTO from Puerto Rico, the BYU International Folk Dance Ensemble from the United States, the Gran Ballet Nacional de México, and the Kapa Haka Ngati Rangiwewehi group from New Zealand.

The organizers reported a record-breaking edition, with approximately one hundred thousand total spectators and sold-out evenings in all locations, including Paliano. The festival was promoted by the Latium association together with the Municipality of Cori, the Pro Loco, and the local associations of the host municipalities.
