The return of the floats after five years

The 2025 edition was one of rebirth: after five years without a parade, the Municipality of Latina brought allegorical floats back to the center of the Pontine capital. Ten floats built by the Amici in Festa association followed the route from Piazza del Popolo along Corso della Repubblica, Via Emanuele di Savoia, Largo Caduti di Nassiriya, and Piazza della Libertà.

Float themes

The chosen subjects were inspired by the imagery of animation and popular cinema: Dragon Ball, Lilo & Stitch, Shrek, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Scooby Doo, Zig & Sharko, Joker, Oktoberfest, Mickey Mouse, and Moana. Accompanying the procession were performances by the "Majorettes Blue Twirling" and the Galilei Sani cheerleaders.

Postponement and closing

Scheduled for Saturday, March 1, the parade was postponed to Monday, March 3, due to bad weather, with the gathering starting at 2:30 PM in Piazza del Popolo. On Tuesday, March 4, the festivities concluded with a concert by the "Banana Split" Cartoon Band, dedicated to cartoon theme songs.
