Edition 2025 — Lappach Festival Week 100 Years

In the summer of 2025, on the eve of the centenary, the Freiwillige Feuerwehr Lappach continued its usual service to the Lappach community in the municipality of Mühlwald. As per South Tyrolean tradition, the volunteer firefighters were central to the village's social life, preparing for the grand 2026 celebrations marking their 100th anniversary.

In 2025, the volunteer fire brigade of Lappach, a village in the municipality of Mühlwald in the Province of Bolzano, continued its prevention, rescue, and community presence activities, which have always made it a reference point for the small mountain community of the Mühlwald Valley.

The year served as a preparatory phase for the 2026 centenary: the Freiwillige Feuerwehr Lappach, founded in 1926, approached its century of existence by keeping the spirit of volunteering and the tradition of South Tyrolean folk festivals alive, with local brass band music and a strong bond with the South Tyrol region.
