Edition 2025 — Lake Viverone Crossing

The 53rd edition of the Lake Viverone Swimming Crossing took place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, starting at 2:30 PM from the Anzasco pier in Piverone. Swimmers covered approximately 4 km to the Masseria hamlet, at the Ristorante dei Pescatori beach. The event, part of the Nobile dei Laghi circuit, drew competitors from across Northern and Central Italy and abroad, with the final awards ceremony at 6:00 PM.

The 53rd edition of the Lake Viverone Swimming Crossing was held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, confirming the appeal of one of Piedmont's most beloved open-water swims. The start took place at 2:30 PM from the Anzasco pier, a hamlet of Piverone (TO), with the finish after approximately 4 kilometers in the Masseria hamlet, at the Ristorante dei Pescatori beach.

The edition saw participants from various regions of Northern and Central Italy, as well as international attendees from Belgium, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Swimmers had a maximum time of two hours and thirty minutes to complete the course. The awards ceremony for all participants took place at 6:00 PM, followed by a convivial aperitif. The event, chaired by Piero Sarasso of the ASD Lago di Viverone, was held under the patronage of the Regional Council of Piedmont, CSAIN, and the Municipality of Viverone.
