Edition 2025 — Lajatico is... Books, Theatre and Tradition

In 2025, Lajatico once again dedicated a festival to culture, combining books, theatre, and folk traditions in the heart of the Valdera village. Through presentations, theatrical moments, and meeting opportunities in Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the event strengthened the bond between the community of Lajatico and its territory, with a focus on local flavours and produce.

The 2025 edition

The Lajatico is... Books, Theatre and Tradition festival once again enlivened the centre of Lajatico in 2025, a small hilltop village in the Valdera area in the province of Pisa. The programme, built around the dialogue between culture, community, and local traditions, brought book presentations, theatrical moments, and initiatives dedicated to village life to Piazza Vittorio Veneto.

The event confirmed the formula that characterises the festival: a widespread journey that enhances local roots and the flavours of the Valdera, designed not as a simple list of events but as an opportunity for participation for the inhabitants and visitors of Andrea Bocelli's hometown.
