Edition 2025 — Romanesco Artichoke Festival
The 2025 edition
The 72nd Romanesco Artichoke Festival was held in Ladispoli on April 11, 12, and 13, 2025, preceded by the "Waiting for the Festival" weekend from April 4 to 6, featuring the Carabinieri mounted carousel and the Army band.
The official program featured the national fair, the "Piazza dei Sapori d'Italia" with Pro Loco associations and regional specialties, Romanesco artichoke tastings, and the traditional sculpture competition. The most anticipated moment was the free concert by Anna Tatangelo on Saturday, April 12: despite the bad weather, thousands of spectators filled the square.
Estimates prior to the event suggested hundreds of thousands of visitors over the days, with the center of Ladispoli and Viale Italia constantly crowded and some traffic and parking difficulties, resulting in an overall very positive outcome for the Pro Loco and the Municipality.
