Edition 2025 — Laaser Advent
The 2025 edition of Laaser Advent brought life to Laas throughout the month of December. From December 3rd to 23rd, the Lååsr Liachtl stand served hot soups and drinks in the square, alongside the living Advent calendar (December 1-24). Highlights included: the Barbara Feier (December 4), the Schellenrennen with Saint Nicholas and the Tuifl (December 5), the Zaubergasse by Volksbühne Laas (December 13-14), and, on December 21, the Advent concert and the herawärts light market on the winter solstice. Christmas Eve concluded with the children's mass and Midnight Mass.
Laaser Advent 2025
The 2025 Advent season in Laas (Vinschgau Valley, South Tyrol) took place from December 1st to 24th. The Lååsr Liachtl-Standl welcomed visitors to the square from December 3rd to 23rd with hot soups and mulled wine, while the living Advent calendar illuminated the historic center day after day.
- December 4: Barbara Feier with the blessing of Saint Barbara's branches.
- December 5: Children's Schellenrennen and Saint Nicholas procession with the Tuifl.
- December 13-14: Zaubergasse, the enchanted alley of the Volksbühne Laas.
- December 21: Adventskonzert in the parish church and herawärts light market for the winter solstice.
- December 24: Children's mass and Midnight Mass with choir and trumpets.
A new edition faithful to the traditions of the marble village, between South Tyrolean customs, brass music, and community conviviality.
