Edition 2025 — La Via di Annibale
The 8th edition of La Via di Annibale took place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, in Usseglio, in the province of Turin. For 2025, the event once again confirmed the three distances that have made it a benchmark for Piedmontese skyrunning: the 52 km Ultra Sky Marathon, the 42 km Marathon, and the 24 km Race.
The starts for the longer routes were set for the early morning from Usseglio, allowing athletes to safely tackle the long high-mountain sections and the technical passages on the glaciers of the Valli di Lanzo. In 2025, the race was also a qualifying event for the national Grand Prix IUTA UltraTrail circuit.
