Edition 2025 — La Tavola del giorno dopo
The 2025 edition of «La Tavola del giorno dopo» renewed the ancient Saint Joseph tradition in Lizzano. On March 19th, after the parish priest's blessing, the dishes from the votive Tables were distributed to neighbors and the neediest people in the town, in the usual spirit of charity.
The Tavola del giorno dopo was hosted at the home of the Abbracciavento family, on Via Tasso. Around the bonfires lit along the streets of Lizzano, the community and numerous visitors who arrived from various parts of Puglia shared food, music, and celebration: a true joy for the eyes, ears, and palate, in the name of devotion to the saint.
