Edition 2025 — La Sfrappolata

In 2025 too, La Sfrappolata brought the aroma of Carnival sfrappole to Piazza Zotti in Dozza. As tradition dictates, the Pro Loco, the Arzdore, and the Alpini group enlivened the historic center of the painted village with food stalls dedicated to fried sweets, piadine, roasted chestnuts, and mulled wine, in a Sunday of popular celebration open to families and visitors.

The 2025 edition of La Sfrappolata confirmed the Carnival event that annually draws gourmets and curious visitors to Dozza. In Piazza Zotti, in the heart of the mural village, volunteers from the Pro Loco, the Arzdore, and the Alpini prepared and served sfrappole along with other traditional Emilian sweets, accompanied by piadine, roasted chestnuts, and mulled wine. A simple and participatory festival, in the spirit of community that characterizes the event and at the same time enhances one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
