Edition 2025 — La Rondine chiama

The 2025 edition of the Rural Resistance Day in San Benedetto Belbo was part of the La Rondine chiama festival, which took place from April 23rd to June 8th across the villages of the Alta Langa in tribute to Beppe Fenoglio's novel La Malora. The day combined literary meetings, a producers' market, and the Cine per la Terra series, culminating on Saturday, May 3rd, with the screening of the documentary The Climate Limbo. Free entry.

In 2025, the Rural Resistance Day was part of the La Rondine chiama — Literature and Territories in Dialogue festival, which ran from April 23rd to June 8th across the municipalities of the Alta Langa and was inspired by Beppe Fenoglio's novel La Malora. Alongside the producers' market and literary meetings, the Cine per la Terra series brought the screening of the documentary The Climate Limbo (2019) to San Benedetto Belbo on Saturday, May 3rd, at 9:00 PM at the M. Ferrero multipurpose hall, focusing on the link between the climate crisis and migration. The 2025 edition was also free to attend, confirming the festival's commitment to uniting culture, landscape, and the Piedmontese rural world.
