Edition 2025 — La Raviola Comodà
In the spring of 2025, La Raviola Comodà renewed its appointment in Piobesi d'Alba with the gastronomic evening dedicated to the traditional Roero «comodà» raviolo. Organized by the Pro Loco together with the Municipality and volunteer associations, the festival brought residents and visitors together around the authentic flavours of Piedmontese peasant cuisine, paving the way for the 25th-anniversary milestone reached the following year.
The 2025 evening
The 2025 edition of La Raviola Comodà confirmed the vitality of a tradition deeply rooted in the Municipality of Piobesi d'Alba, in the Roero in the province of Cuneo. Once again, the Pro Loco, with the support of the Municipality and volunteers from local associations, offered the specialty that gives the event its name, celebrating local cuisine in a festive and sharing atmosphere.
