La Nostra Festa - Patronal Feast of Santa Maria delle Mole

The 2025 edition

In 2025, La Nostra Festa was held in Santa Maria delle Mole (Marino, province of Rome) from Sunday, September 7th to Sunday, September 14th, opening with preparatory celebrations dedicated to the sick and families.

In the year of the Jubilee, the religious program included, on September 8th, a jubilee pilgrimage to St. Peter's Basilica, with a meeting at Piazza Pia and Mass presided over by Cardinal Marcello Semeraro. On September 9th, the "Famiglia Valerio" choir performed a concert. On September 13th, the evening Solemn Mass was followed by the procession with the statue of the Madonna through the streets of the district, while on Sunday the 14th, celebrations continued throughout the day, with a Solemn Mass, the blessing of backpacks for the start of the school year, and an evening thanksgiving Mass.

On the secular side, the week opened with the "La Nostra Corsa" Trophy - Santa Maria Run, followed by a roundtable discussion, the fourth edition of the "Games Without Frontiers," dance evenings, street band performances, foosball and burraco tournaments, children's races, water games, skating, street workout, a vintage car parade, and circus shows, concluding with the lottery drawing that closed the festivities late in the evening.
