La Magnada di Ferragosto 2025
The 2025 edition of La Magnada di Ferragosto took place on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in Piazza San Lorenzo in Cavedago, on the Paganella Plateau. The area came alive in the afternoon, with doors opening at 5:00 PM and dinner starting at 7:30 PM.
The star of the show was traditional Trentino cuisine, with a three-course menu: spätzle, tortel di patate accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, and beans, and strauben. The dinner, which required a contribution starting from 17 euros, confirmed La Magnada as one of the most beloved gastronomic events of the Paganella summer, promoted by Visit Paganella together with Cavedago Vacanze in the Trentino-Alto Adige region.
