La Lanterna Magica Film Fest

In July 2025, the Biblioparco of Silvi Marina once again hosted the screenings of the Lanterna Magica Film Fest, the open-air film series curated by the Istituto Cinematografico dell'Aquila "La Lanterna Magica". In the municipal library park, the green heart of the Silvi seaside resort, the big screen lit up after sunset with films dedicated primarily to younger audiences and families.

As in previous editions, the evenings were free of charge and confirmed the formula that combines cinema, books, and the history of projection machines, with the opportunity to discover vintage equipment from the MuMAC, the traveling cinema museum. A highly anticipated event of the Silvi summer, capable of transforming the Biblioparco into a small open-air cinema overlooking the Teramo coast.
