Edition 2025 — La Giudeata
In 2025, La Giudeata of Chianciano Terme took place on Good Friday, April 18, starting at 9:30 PM from the Collegiate Church in the historic center.
As per tradition, the procession featured about 150 participants in period costumes divided into groups of Roman Soldiers on horseback, the Sanhedrin of Caiaphas, and the courts of Pontius Pilate and Herod Antipas, followed by the procession of the sacred effigies of the Dead Christ and Our Lady of Sorrows, with a stop at Largo Aristeo Biancolini for the reading of Gospel passages on the Passion.
