La Galzega del Riso

The Galzega del Riso 2025 took place from September 2nd to 7th at the Palaminerbe in Minerbe (VR). The opening on Tuesday, September 2nd, inaugurated the new enclosure at the municipal headquarters, followed by the traditional "mayor's risotto" in Parco Schwabenheim. On Wednesday, September 3rd, the culinary challenge "Risotto a quattro mani" (Risotto with four hands) hosted by journalist Stefano Cantiero; on Thursday, September 4th, the opening of the food stall with an evening of comedy and music. The concluding Sunday, September 7th, featured a bike tour on the "via delle pile" (3:30 PM), a bubble show with Elettra Petronilli (6:30 PM), the presentation of the Ecomuseo Aquae Planae (7:00 PM), and the comedy "Ovo, gallina e cul caldo" by the Artefatto Teatro company (9:00 PM). The food stall was open from September 4th to 7th from 7:30 PM.
