La Bella Stagione - Performing Arts Festival

The first edition of La Bella Stagione took place in the summer of 2025 in Piancastagnaio, on the Sienese side of Mount Amiata, under the artistic direction of Valeria Pinzi. The festival took theatre out of conventional venues, transforming hamlets, churches, gardens, and natural springs into stages.

The program brought together Roberto Latini with his intense poetry, Girovago & Rondella with their surreal puppet theatre, Lorenzo Maragoni with an ironic and visionary language, and O Thiasos TeatroNatura with a nocturnal ritual at the Bagno degli Ebrei. The administration drew a positive balance: each event met the warmth of a large, curious, and engaged audience, confirming the festival as a community gathering opportunity.
