Edition 2025 — Isola del Cinema

In the summer of 2025, L'Isola del Cinema returned to Tiber Island from June 21 to September 3, with over two months of screenings under the stars in the heart of Rome. The lineup featured premieres, Italian and international films, meetings with authors and actors, along with a program of events dedicated to inclusion, sustainability, and solidarity, right by the Tiber.

The 2025 edition

From June 21 to September 3, 2025, Rome's Tiber Island hosted a new edition of L'Isola del Cinema, with open-air evening screenings by the Tiber. The program alternated between premieres, major seasonal titles, and auteur films, with a special focus on Italian cinema and the international films of the Isola Mondo section.

Alongside the screenings, the 2025 edition offered meetings with directors and actors, book presentations, exhibitions, and musical events, as well as initiatives dedicated to themes of inclusion, sustainability, and solidarity. Many side events were free to attend, confirming the popular and cultural vocation of the event in the historic center of the Capital.
