Edition 2025 — Kuppelwieser Markt

The 2025 edition of the Kuppelwieser Markt took place on Monday, September 22, 2025, on the Kuppelwies meadow in Val d'Ultimo, near the feast of Saint Walburga. As per tradition, the sheep market enlivened the day with sheep shearing, the sale of wool and felt, local handicrafts, and Ultental culinary specialties, as part of the Lamb Weeks.

The 2025 Kuppelwieser Markt was held on September 22, 2025, on the large meadow of Kuppelwies, on the shores of Lake Zoccolo, in the municipality of Ultimo/Ulten. The traditional sheep market featured, from morning to early afternoon, sheep shearing, the sale of wool and felt items from native sheep, along with stalls offering handicrafts, clothing, local produce, and culinary specialties.

The event was part of the Ultner Lammwochen calendar, the Val d'Ultimo autumn festival dedicated to the theme of sheep and lamb, confirming the valley's strong bond with its pastoral culture.
