Cinema e Ambiente Avezzano 2025
The 2025 edition of the festival took place in Avezzano, in the province of L'Aquila, as part of a "week dedicated to cinema, the environment, and sustainable mobility" promoted in collaboration with the Municipality of Avezzano. The program alternated screenings of international feature and short films in competition, documentaries on sustainability and climate change, and meetings and activities dedicated to schools and families.
True to its mission, the festival brought critical reflection on waste, the environment, and sustainable development to the heart of the Abruzzo hinterland, consolidating its bond with the Marsica territory before its transformation, the following year, into the new KRISIS by Cinema e Ambiente format.
