Edition 2025 — Kizuna Expo

From October 24 to 26, 2025, Officine Farneto in Rome hosted the second edition of Kizuna Expo, the Japanese culture and cuisine festival. Over 3,000 square meters transformed into a Japanese village, with fifteen food stands, a sake bar, taiko performances, cooking classes, and a dedicated kids' area.

The second edition of Kizuna Expo took place from October 24 to 26, 2025, at Officine Farneto in Rome, in the Farnesina district. The space, spanning over 3,000 square meters, was transformed into a small Japanese village with scenery designed by Valeria Vecellio, winner of the David di Donatello award.

The public was able to discover fifteen food stands with hand-pulled noodles, wagyu, sake, and tea, two bars and a sake bar, as well as a temporary restaurant. Two stages featured alternating performances, cooking shows, and talks dedicated to sake and cuisine, while free workshops—doubled compared to the previous year—and the kids' area with creative labs engaged families and enthusiasts. Tickets were available online via TicketOne, with free admission for children up to 8 years old and people with disabilities.
