Edition 2025 — Kirchtag St. Jakob

The 2025 Kirchtag in St. Jakob was held on July 25, 2025, the feast day of St. James, in the hamlet of St. Jakob in Funes/Villnöß, Val di Funes (Autonomous Province of Bolzano). As per tradition, the patronal feast featured its centerpiece, the solemn Mass at 7:30 PM in the Church of St. James, celebrated for the living and deceased of St. Jakob, followed by the customary serving of Tirtler at the Jausenstation Moar.

In 2025, the hamlet of St. Jakob, in the municipality of Funes/Villnöß, once again celebrated its Kirchtag, the patronal feast dedicated to St. James, on July 25th, the saint's liturgical day.

The community gathered at the Church of St. James for the solemn Mass at 7:30 PM, celebrated for the living and deceased of St. Jakob and organized by the Pfarrei Villnöß. At the Jausenstation Moar, as tradition dictates, Tirtler, a specialty of South Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine, were served in a festive community atmosphere nestled in the landscape of Val di Funes, at the foot of the Odle.
