KinEst Fest 2025: the fifth edition

The fifth edition of KinEst Fest enlivened Catania from October 1st to 10th, 2025, confirming itself as a meeting point for cultures, languages, and generations. Screenings were held at the festival's historic venues: Zo Centro Culture Contemporanee, the CUT - Centro Universitario Teatrale of the University of Catania, and the Arena Adua.

The program offered a vast selection of international films, from family dramas to road movies, and from comedies to socially engaged works, accompanied by debates with directors, composers, and artists, as well as guided walks through Catania's cinematic locations. The selection was evaluated by both a qualified jury and the audience in the theater.
