Edition 2025 — Castelrotto Village Fair

The 2025 edition of the Castelrotto Village Fair took place on Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24. The historic center came alive with live music, brass bands, food stands featuring South Tyrolean specialties, and the traditional Sunday parade, in a festive atmosphere at the foot of the Sciliar.

In 2025, the festival was held on Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24 in the historic center of Castelrotto. The bands Feiwolawi and Karussell (Saturday) and Schlernwind (Sunday) performed in the town square, accompanied by brass bands in the school courtyard.

The gastronomic offer was as rich as ever: polenta with chanterelles, polenta with cheese and sausage, schnitzel, sausages, strauben, krapfen, desserts, and ice cream, with beer, wine, and aperitifs served by local associations. The traditional parade took place on Sunday afternoon. The free-entry event confirmed its role as a key summer appointment for the Sciliar Plateau community.
