Edition 2025 — Kamalé Festival

The second edition of the Kamalé – Yesss People Festival took place in Lampedusa on Sunday, September 28, and Monday, September 29, 2025. After its 2024 debut, which attracted over two thousand participants, the festival returned on a larger scale, supported by the European KAMALÉ grant. Two days featuring guided walks, community meetings, seaside lunches, and a grand evening celebration of music, theater, and comedy.

On September 28, 2025, Kamalé offered guided walks, meetings with the Lampedusan community, seaside lunches, and immersive activities dedicated to exploring the local area. September 29 was the day of the big celebration, featuring theater, comedy, and music performances.

The stage featured, among others, Claudia Gusmano, Annandrea Vitrano, Irene Maiorino, and Sasà Salvaggio, alongside the voices of Loredana Errore, Giulia Mei, Santino Cardamone, Dellai, and Mizzica. As per tradition, the solidarity-based food area and sustainable choices accompanied the event, with part of the proceeds donated to the Lampedusa parish Caritas.
