Kalterer Marktfest / Caldaro Village Festival

The 2025 edition of the Kalterer Marktfest was held on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26 in the historic center of Caldaro (Kaltern), in the province of Bolzano. The festival followed the usual format: inaugural parade with the Bürgerkapelle Kaltern and local associations, live concerts on stages set up in the Market Square, the bull riding competition, and the tombola. The stalls offered house specialties: apricot dumplings, porcini mushroom risotto, spareribs, and mixed fried fish, along with wines from the Wine Road. In 2025 as well, the event, organized by local associations, enlivened the warm summer nights of the village until the early hours of the morning.
