2025 Edition
In 2025, the June 2nd Festival at the Ecomuseum of the Pistoia Mountains confirmed the tradition of special openings on Republic Day. Visitors were able to explore, accompanied by guides, the sites scattered between Sambuca Pistoiese, Orsigna, Gavinana, Rivoreta, and Le Piastre, including museums, forest itineraries, and evidence of ancient mountain crafts.
As usual, the initiative offered visits to the museums of the Pistoia Apennines and historical structures related to ice production, stone carving, and the daily life of the past. A day designed for residents and tourists, to discover the cultural and natural heritage of the Municipality of Sambuca Pistoiese and the entire Pistoia mountain range, in the province of Pistoia and the heart of the Tuscan Apennines.
