Joppolo Giancaxio Carnival

The 2025 Carnival of Joppolo Giancaxio confirmed the vitality of a popular tradition dear to the community of this small town in the province of Agrigento. Through the streets and squares of the historic center, masks and confetti enlivened the days of celebration, in an atmosphere of participation that involved all generations of the town.

The event was part of the rich program of events that the municipal administration promotes throughout the year, alongside religious celebrations and summer appointments that characterize the life of Joppolo Giancaxio, a village in the Sicilian hinterland a few kilometers from the Valley of the Temples.
