Edition 2025 — Jò a Jò
The 53rd edition of the Jò a Jò brought Corato to life on December 11 and 12, 2025, confirming its status as one of the most anticipated events in the Apulian Christmas calendar, as part of the "Incanto – Natale a Corato" program.
The first day, December 11, involved the entire city with food and wine stalls, choirs, dances, and choreography promoted by local schools, concluding in the evening at 8:00 PM with a concert by The Big Ska Swindle, an Apulian ska band.
December 12 was the heart of the festival: at 6:00 PM, Holy Mass was held at the Mother Church, followed by the St. Lucy's torchlight procession; at 7:30 PM, the spectacular pyromusical lighting of the bonfire took place in Piazza Cesare Battisti, along with the release of the hot-air balloon bearing the saint's image; at 8:30 PM, a concert by the Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino took place. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Quadratum APS with the patronage of the Municipality of Corato and the Apulia Region.
