ItineFestival – Sounds of the Journey

The second edition of ItineFestival – Sounds of the Journey was held in Cansano (L'Aquila) from August 9 to 17, 2025, with six concerts spread across four different locations in the historic center.

• August 9 – Via Umberto I, at the Emigration Museum: Duo Idea with "From Europe to Buenos Aires" (classical guitar and flute).
• August 10 – Piazza Chiara Villani: Naima Trio (vocals, piano, and drums), preceded by a dinner with wine and local products.
• August 11 – Piazza Chiara Villani: Piano Piano Quartet, four pianists on two pianos.
• August 12 – Piazza XX Settembre: The Crunchy Funky Experience, a nine-piece ensemble with brass and rhythm section.
• August 16 – Church of San Nicola di Bari: swing band Hemingway Cafè.
• August 17 – Piazza XX Settembre: Andamarosa, with a reinterpretation of the Abruzzo repertoire blending jazz and blues, paired with the BeerFest featuring craft breweries.

Promoted by the Municipality of Cansano with the support of the Fondazione CARISPAQ, the festival confirmed its vocation as a widespread event in the symbolic landmarks of travel and migration, with free admission to all appointments.
