Italian Rabbit and Rigatoni all'Ancaranese Food Festival

The 36th edition of the festival was held from Wednesday, August 6 to Sunday, August 10, 2025, in the historic center of Ancarano. The food stalls, open from 7:30 PM, offered rabbit cooked according to local tradition (alla cacciatora or in porchetta), rigatoni all'ancaranese with meat sauce, prosciutto, pancetta, and chili pepper, rigatoni with white rabbit ragù, as well as sausage sandwiches, arrosticini, fried cheese, and fried treats.

Every evening, from 10:00 PM, the Belvedere hosted live music and dance parties; the final evenings featured performances by DJs Maga and Matteo Panichi. The event, organized by Pro Loco Ancarano with the patronage of the Municipality of Ancarano, confirmed its role as a highlight of the summer in the Teramo region.
