Edition 2025 — Italian Endurance Championships

The Italian Endurance Championship is the event that crowns the best long-distance riders in the country every year, with the premier Absolute race held over a distance of 160 kilometers. The event awards national titles in senior and youth categories, as well as associated circuits, in a setting that changes from season to season before arriving in Montalcino and the Val d'Orcia for the 2026 edition.

Endurance is an equestrian discipline of stamina where horse and rider tackle long trails on natural terrain, divided into loops interspersed with mandatory veterinary checks to ensure animal welfare. The Italian Championship awards national titles every year, with the 160 km Absolute as the top event, accompanied by youth categories and federal circuits.

The 2025 edition represented the usual high-level showcase of the FISE calendar, paving the way for the major 2026 event that brought the Italian Championships to Montalcino, in the Brunello territory, under the Terre Toscane Festival brand.
