Edition 2025 — Isabella Morra Festival
The Isabella Morra Festival in 2025 also offered its poetic residence project in Valsinni Castle, transforming the walls where the Renaissance poet was born into a home for contemporary poetry, with readings and tributes from participating poets.
Following Barbara Gortan's concept, the Isabella Morra Festival confirmed its formula: poets invited to stay in Valsinni Castle to draw inspiration and compose new verses, which are then publicly read and kept in the festival's archive. A living tribute to Isabella Morra's figure, between Basilicata and Puglia.
