Edition 2025 — Irish Festival

In 2025, the Irish Festival once again enlivened the Fiera di Roma pavilions between late April and early May as part of the 'Rome Meets the World' event. Folkloric performances of Irish and Celtic tradition throughout the day, traditional dances, live music, traditional games, historical re-enactments, and a large food and wine area with dark beer, whiskey, Irish coffee, mead, and hippocras.

The 2025 Edition

The Irish Festival confirmed its successful formula in 2025 at Fiera di Roma, on Via Portuense, in the capital's Portuense district: two spring weekends of immersion in Gaelic culture, with Irish and Celtic folkloric shows offered non-stop from the opening to the closing of the pavilions.

The Roman and Lazio public was able to attend concerts by folk bands, participate in traditional dances, try out traditional games, and follow costumed historical re-enactments. Food and wine remained one of the fundamental components of the event, with a rich menu of Irish recipes accompanied by dark beer, whiskey, Irish coffee, mead, and hippocras. As per tradition, access was granted via a single ticket valid for all themed festivals hosted simultaneously at the exhibition center.
