Ionian Fair

The 2025 Ionian Fair was held in Acireale from September 5 to 14, 2025, every evening from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with free admission in the city's historic center. The over one hundred stands of artisans and producers were distributed along Corso Umberto, from Piazza Indirizzo to Piazza Duomo, and along the lower stretch of Corso Savoia.

The program alternated evening concerts with cover bands, roving encounters between exhibitors and visitors, workshops, and live craft demonstrations. In Piazza Indirizzo, a children's area was set up with entertainment, games, and shows: on weekdays from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and on weekends from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Promoted by the municipal administration with the support of the Sicilian Region and the Pro Loco of Acireale, the fair confirmed its vocation as a family event, recording a significant turnout as early as the first weekend.
