Edition 2025 — Investiture of the Knights

In 2025, the Investiture of the Knights also opened the Quintana season of Foligno. In the ten districts, the knights received the mandate to defend their colours, and subsequently, the Night of the Flags saw the ten banners unfurled from the town hall, marking the city's entry into the heart of the event.

The 2025 edition of the Investiture of the Knights renewed the ritual that opens the Quintana of Foligno. In each of the ten districts, the knight solemnly received the mandate to represent their community at the Campo de li Giochi.

The ceremony concluded with the Night of the Flags in Piazza della Repubblica, where the ten district banners were unfurled from the town hall windows, colouring the historic centre in anticipation of the Challenge and the Rematch.
