Edition 2025 — Inventing Nature

In 2025, Palazzo Te continued its program of major exhibitions as part of the lead-up to its 500th anniversary, reaffirming its status as one of Lombardy's most vibrant exhibition venues. The exhibitions highlighted the dialogue between guest works and Giulio Romano's extraordinary frescoes, paving the way for the Inventing Nature exhibition in 2026.

Throughout 2025, the Palazzo Te Foundation continued its exhibition season in Mantua, as part of the celebrations surrounding the 500th anniversary of the Renaissance palace.

The exhibitions staged in the palace's halls confirmed the Mantuan museum's winning formula: creating a dialogue between guest works and the masterpieces frescoed by Giulio Romano, in a journey that combines ancient art and the Renaissance. This work paved the way for the major project Inventing Nature, scheduled from September 2026.
