International Snow Sculpture Festival / Dolomites Snow Festival — San Vigilio Stage

34th edition — San Vigilio di Marebbe, January 15-17, 2025

The guiding theme of the 2025 edition was "Mother Earth 2025". Ten international teams, each formed by three sculptors from around the world, worked for three days on 3x3x3 meter blocks of compressed and frozen snow, using exclusively manual tools. The public was able to watch the creation live and vote for their favorite sculpture, with winners determined by both the international jury and the popular vote. The works remained on display as temporary monuments until they melted with the arrival of spring. A few weeks later, the event continued with the second stage in San Candido (January 20-22, 2025).
