Edition 2025 — Moon Night - Accademia delle Stelle

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 9:00 PM, the Accademia delle Stelle organized the sixteenth consecutive edition of the International Observe the Moon Night in Rome. On the steps of the Santi Pietro e Paolo church in the EUR district, the public was able to observe the Moon, Saturn, and other celestial bodies for free through the association's telescopes.

Moon Night 2025 at EUR

For the sixteenth consecutive year, the Accademia delle Stelle brought the International Observe the Moon Night, the global event promoted by NASA, to Rome. The appointment was held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 9:00 PM on the steps of the Santi Pietro e Paolo church, in the EUR district.

Participants were able to observe the Moon, Saturn, and other celestial bodies for free through the association's telescopes, receiving advice from amateur astronomers. Admission was free and without reservation, with the possibility for telescope owners to bring their own equipment upon prior contact with the organization.
