International Mask Market Exhibition

The 29th edition of the International Mask Market Exhibition was held on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in Castelnovo di Sotto, in the province of Reggio Emilia. Organized by the Associazione Al Castlein in collaboration with the Municipality, the day attracted numerous delegations from Italian carnivals for an occasion of meeting and exchange dedicated entirely to the world of masks and papier-mâché.

As every year, the participating entities presented their activities with photos and videos and negotiated the purchase and sale of parade floats and materials, renewing Castelnovo di Sotto's role as a national reference point for the carnival culture of Emilia-Romagna.
