Edition 2025 — San Candido Festival

The 17th edition of the Innichner Marktlfest / San Candido Festival took place from July 11th to 13th, 2025, transforming the center of San Candido into a large festival village. Sixteen associations from San Candido, Versciaco, and Prato Drava hosted four stages with rock, pop, and traditional music and offered South Tyrolean culinary specialties, with free admission for all three days.

17th edition, July 11-13, 2025

The 17th edition of the San Candido Festival was held from Friday, July 11th to Sunday, July 13th, 2025, in the center of the town of San Candido, in the Alta Pusteria valley. The official opening on Friday was accompanied by the San Candido brass band, which led the guests of honor to Piazza del Magistrato.

On the four stages distributed throughout the town, various genres alternated, from rock and pop to traditional South Tyrolean music, with bands such as Vollgas, The Jam'sons, One Night Band, and Jungböhmische Pichl. The stalls of the sixteen associations offered venison goulash, speck dumplings and mushroom dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen, Tirtlan, and Strauben. There was also a program for families, with puppet theater and games for children. The festival, with free admission, continued from Friday evening until Sunday.

Programme

Friday, July 11: opening at 6:00 PM with the San Candido band, followed by music on the four stages until late at night. Saturday, July 12: from 10:00 AM, food stalls, rock/pop/traditional music, and a program for children. Sunday, July 13: from 10:00 AM until evening, grand finale of the festival.
