Il Rifugio dell'Alpinista is the festival with which CAI Concorezzo, a section of the Italian Alpine Club, brings the spirit of the mountains to the heart of Concorezzo, in the Province of Monza and Brianza. For a few days, Villa Zoja Park is dressed up as an alpine refuge, with an atmosphere reminiscent of the high lands dear to the association.

Cuisine, climbing, and adventure

The heart of the festival is the bar and restaurant "Il Rifugio dell'alpinista", which offers themed dishes in a convivial atmosphere. But the event is also an opportunity to experience the mountains up close: a climbing wall allows young and old to try their hand in safety, while family treasure hunts, excursions in the area, and inflatables for children liven up the days, making the event suitable for the whole family.

The Concorezzo section of the CAI celebrated its 50 years of activity, a milestone that testifies to the association's deep roots in the life of the town. Through its initiatives — from youth mountaineering to excursions, including festivals like this one — the CAI Concorezzo promotes mountain culture and love for the natural environment.
