Edition 2025 — Il Padellone

In 2025, Il Padellone returned to the Marina quay in Civitavecchia from August 11th to 18th. Every evening, from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM, the historic festival offered fried seafood and fresh local fish dishes prepared by Taverna dell'Olmo, accompanied by music and a popular atmosphere. The event, promoted by the Municipality with the support of Arsial and the Lazio Region, enlivened the waterfront for a full week of celebration.

Il Padellone 2025

The 2025 edition of Il Padellone took place in Civitavecchia from August 11th to 18th on the Marina quay. For one week, every evening from 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM, the waterfront transformed into a large open-air dining hall dedicated to fresh local fish.

The preparation of the catch was handled by Taverna dell'Olmo, while the event was promoted by the Municipality of Civitavecchia with the support of Arsial and the Lazio Region. Fried seafood, maritime dishes, music, and conviviality confirmed Il Padellone as one of the most beloved culinary events of the city's summer.
