The 2025 edition of Il Mercato delle Gaite took place in Bevagna from June 18 to 29, with the theme "Vassene 'l tempo e l'uom non se n'avvede" dedicated to Dante, Petrarch, and Boccaccio, the three crowns at the origins of the Italian language. Medieval workshops were open every evening from 9 PM to 11 PM, with contests among the four Gaite, taverns, concerts, and guided tours of medieval Bevagna.

The 2025 edition of Il Mercato delle Gaite was titled "Vassene 'l tempo e l'uom non se n'avvede" (Time passes and man does not notice), dedicated to Dante, Petrarch, and Boccaccio, the three great figures at the origins of the Italian language. From June 18 to 29, every evening from 9 PM to 11 PM, the workshops of the four crafts were open: the paper mill of Mastro Cecco (Gaita San Giovanni), the candle maker (Gaita San Pietro), the painter (Gaita San Giorgio), and the silk weaver (Gaita Santa Maria).

The program included historical and literary meetings, conferences, street and theatrical performances, concerts, singing and music workshops, an exhibition of musical instruments, and guided tours to discover medieval Bevagna, in the province of Perugia. The four Gaite competed in the Gastronomy, Crafts, Market, and Archery contests.
